MENTORSHIP

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

In collaboration with the Young Women’s Leadership Connection, IWF EduGrant awardees will have the opportunity to be mentored by some of Singapore’s most accomplished women leaders across various industries. We believe empowering women is not merely about supporting them financially, but also building their social capital by exposing them to opportunities and networks as they transition from student to working life.

Over nine months, participants have the opportunity to:

BUILD MENTOR-MENTEE RELATIONSHIP

Build a meaningful connection with a mentor who provides guidance and support as you navigate your personal and professional growth.

ENHANCE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Gain valuable skills, confidence, and perspectives through mentorship, preparing you for a successful transition from student life to the workforce.

CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY WITH THEIR MENTORS

Engage in meaningful initiatives alongside your mentor, using your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the community.
